The Maid Cometh…and veggies too!!

So I thought that life in BA couldn’t any sweeter until I found out today that we have a little Argentinian house maid who comes once a week and cleans the joint from top to bottom. She made my bed, mopped my floor, and tidied up the kitchen/bath. And of course she’s free, included in the already ridiculously low rent we pay here. In fact, shit is so cheap that Peter and I signed up for organic delivery service where a little guy on a moto comes around with a big box of organic veggies every couple of days. You don’t even have to go to the store! We got a mammoth box of greens, fruits, and veggies to cook with all week and it costs each of us less than $10 US. I already know I am going to love my time here..and although it was a bitch to get here…am totally glad we came!
